Upon leaving Sears in late 1989, Ms. Mattiace co-founded the Washington, DC area law firm of Mattiace, Craib & Carrico, P.C. That law firm was later dissolved and Ms. Mattiace organized her own law firm. Today her law firm represents numerous manufacturers, distributors (including importers), and retailers.
